The Umberto Cesari Art Contest is much more than an artistic competition: it represents a strategic resource for the economic and cultural sustainability of the Mostrami artistic collective. Thanks to this precious partnership, the collective is able to finance artistic and social activities consistent with its mission, concretely supporting over 1,400 young artists.

Mostrami has been working for years to promote young contemporary art as a tool for inclusion, training and urban regeneration. The contest allows them to continue with their solidarity initiatives, keeping intact their identity and impact in the territories in which they operate (with particular attention to Milan, thanks to their headquarters Mostrami Factory, and to Palermo, with the new gallery Putia Lab).
